1. Acceptance

By using CoolMcSkin, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What CoolMcSkin Provides

CoolMcSkin provides browser-based Minecraft skin search, skin viewing, skin editing, PNG download, upload, profile, reaction, and related catalog features. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

3. Accounts

Some features require Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. We may suspend or remove accounts, uploads, profiles, avatars, or reactions that violate these terms or create operational risk.

4. User Content

You may upload skins, titles, descriptions, profile names, bios, reactions, and avatar images. You keep ownership of content you own, but you grant CoolMcSkin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, resize, cache, distribute, and use that content to operate and improve the site.

Only upload or publish content that you created, own, or have permission to use. Do not upload content that infringes rights, exposes private information, contains malware, is illegal, or is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.

5. Third-Party Rights And Minecraft

CoolMcSkin is a fan-made tool and is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft names, textures, and related marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Before using a third-party skin, reopen the original source and confirm the creator's current license or permission. CoolMcSkin does not grant rights to skins or textures owned by others.

6. Prohibited Use

Do not scrape the service abusively, bypass access controls, attack the site, interfere with other users, upload deceptive files, impersonate others, or use CoolMcSkin to violate law or third-party rights.

7. Downloads And External Services

Downloaded PNG files and externally sourced textures are provided for your own review and use at your own risk. Google sign-in, analytics, Cloudflare hosting, and other third-party services may apply their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data retention, content accuracy, compatibility with any game version, or that uploaded content will remain available.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoolMcSkin and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or content loss arising from use of the site.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CoolMcSkin after changes means you accept the updated terms.
